| Jury statement: "24sata" has a much diversified layout, oriented both on the newspaper layout as well as on the popular paper layout. The articles are very short, the newspaper constantly creating new reading inducements through exciting photo sections and extreme image formats. A special highlight is the monthly published high-gloss magazine wrapped around on the outside, thus giving the newspaper a very significant image. |

| About the newspaper: "24sata" is one of the few newspapers in the contest with its circulation on the up. Currently, it is around 165,751 sold copies. This makes 24sata the newspaper with the widest circulation in Croatia. The newspaper appears in semi-Berliner format, roughly equivalent to DIN A 4. In 2009, on the staff were 50 editors, 18 photographers and 15 layouters. |
